Eclipse View Migration to Star4Live – What You Need to Know

As part of this transition, we will be migrating our Eclipse View servers to Star4Live servers starting on March 30th, 2025. To ensure a smooth transition, please take note of the following:

🔹 User Accounts: If you use the same email or username on both servers, you will need to create a new username and use a new email when logging into eclipseview.com. We have previously sent several notifications advising affected users to update their email and/or username on eclipsecctv.com to avoid losing existing data. This message serves as the final reminder.

🔹 Mobile App Update: Our current Eclipse View app will be updated to the latest partner version of Star4Live to provide a better, more unified experience.

🔹 QR Code Activation: Scanning QR codes on your devices will now automatically redirect to Star4Live for seamless account activation.

🔹 Live Streaming Notice: After migration, there is a small probability that some devices may not stream live view immediately. If this happens, you may need to restart the device or restart EZCloud on the device’s web page.

Additionally, as part of our ongoing improvements, we're transitioning to our new, refreshed website at www.cctvoutlet.com. We invite you to explore the updated platform and appreciate your feedback.
